Instructions for use: Place the contents of the sample bag in a disposable tea bag, a tea infuser or directly into the cup with 215F hot water and let it steep for 1 to 5 minutes (if you put the tea directly into the cup Strain before consuming it) You can sweeten it if you prefer but we always recommend sweetening your tea with honey.Remember, we will select the 15 flavors for you from our best-selling favorites.
