Hair Mineral and Toxin Analysis
A Window to Your Cellular Health

What is hair analysis and what is it used for?
Hair mineral and toxin analysis is an advanced tool that allows you to assess essential mineral levels and the presence of heavy metals in the body. Unlike blood or urine tests, which reflect the body's current state, hair provides a longer-term view, showing accumulated mineral and toxin levels over several months.

This analysis is useful for:

Detecting nutritional imbalances.

Identifying the accumulation of toxins such as mercury, lead, and arsenic.

Evaluating exposure to environmental pollutants.

Guiding dietary adjustments and supplementation.

By understanding these aspects, it is possible to recommend lifestyle changes that promote better health and prevent disease.

Why is hair used for this analysis?
Hair acts as a biological tissue that stores information about the body's mineral composition over time. It is a noninvasive and simple method, requiring only a small sample of hair to be cut. Furthermore, hair can accumulate toxins that are sometimes not easily detected in the blood or urine, as the body tends to eliminate them or store them in tissues.

What does the results report include?
Upon completion of this test, you will receive a full report detailing:

Levels of essential minerals: Calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, among others.

Presence of heavy metals: Mercury, lead, arsenic, etc.

Results interpretation: Detailed analysis of how mineral and toxin levels affect health, highlighting potential imbalances that may be related to issues such as fatigue, hormonal imbalance, digestive problems, among others.

Based on the results, we will include recommendations for dietary adjustments, supplements, or natural treatments to balance mineral levels and reduce the toxic load on the body.

The report and recommendations will be sent to your email for your personal records.

How is the test performed?
The test will be mailed to your home address. You will receive a kit that includes:

A form to complete.

A self-addressed, stamped envelope to mail your sample directly to the lab.

A paper indicator card to place your hair sample.

A smaller envelope to place the sample card.

To collect the sample:

Prepare your hair: Wash it with a non-medicated shampoo and dry it.

Cut your hair: Between 4 and 24 hours after it's dry, cut a section of hair from the nape of your neck as close to the scalp as possible.

Prepare the sample: You will need a sample no longer than 1.5 inches (3.5 cm) long and at least 125 mg (approximately 1 tablespoon) of hair.

Mail the sample: Place the form and sample envelope inside the self-addressed envelope and mail it to the lab.

To make the process easier, we've prepared a video tutorial showing you step-by-step how to properly collect and submit your sample.
