Service Description
This call is designed to read your toxin and mineral test results through hair analysis. During the 15 minutes, we will explain the lab findings and, if you wish, we will inform you about our calendar availability to schedule a follow-up appointment, where we can begin working on a personalized action plan to improve your health through natural therapies. We would love the opportunity to support you in this process. Important: This exclusive service is available only to clients who have purchased the toxin and mineral lab test and have been notified, via text message or email, that their results are available. After this call, you will be sent a report with the results and recommendations based on them, so you can keep it in your personal records. If you schedule this call without having purchased the lab test or without having received notification of the arrival of your results, your appointment will be automatically canceled. On the day of your appointment, we will be punctual at the time you reserved. If you don't answer our call, we will send you a message and you will need to reschedule for a future appointment. Please note that we have other clients waiting for us to be as punctual as we were with you. We appreciate your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Consultation with Natural Life Tree LLC. To book a consultation with us, you must pay in full at the time of booking. Once you make your payment: • You will receive an email within the next 24 hours. • This email will contain the necessary questionnaires that you must complete in full and forward to the office at the following email address: naturallifetree@gmail.com • Don't forget to include your full name and appointment date in the subject line. • (Forms must be submitted completed at least 2 days before your appointment.) • The questionnaires must be reviewed with the time and dedication you deserve so that our Natural Medicine professional is prepared on the day of your appointment. • If the documents are not reviewed by our Natural Medicine professional before your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe due to your failure to submit them on time, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. • You will have 60 business days to reschedule your appointment. • You will be responsible for rescheduling your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe. • Natural Life Tree LLC will not refund money. • When booking an appointment, our Natural Medicine Practitioner reserves that time especially for you. We understand that unexpected situations occur, in which case you are responsible for rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. (If your appointment is by phone, our professional will make two attempts at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not respond, we will assume that you have missed your appointment without prior notice and will forfeit your appointment.)
