De Jesús is designed to provide you with ongoing, personalized attention throughout your wellness journey. This session is ideal for assessing your progress, answering questions, and making necessary adjustments to your natural health plan, all from the comfort of your home. During this call, the changes you've implemented since your last consultation will be reviewed, including improvements in your symptoms, energy, digestion, or any aspect related to your overall health. Any new concerns will also be addressed, and you'll receive specific recommendations to continue moving forward safely, naturally, and sustainably. Dr. J. De Jesús will assess aspects such as your diet, rest, supplementation, toxicity level, and self-care practices. If necessary, a hair mineral and toxin analysis may be suggested to support a more accurate assessment. This test is optional and will be sent directly to your home. This follow-up call format is ideal if you prefer to maintain professional contact without video calls, and it allows you to stay on track toward more balanced health with the expert guidance you deserve. Cancellation Policy
Booking a Consultation with Natural Life Tree LLC. To book a consultation with us, you must pay in full at the time of booking. Once you make your payment: • You will receive an email within the next 24 hours. • This email will contain the necessary questionnaires that you must complete in full and forward to the office at the following email address: naturallifetree@gmail.com • Don't forget to include your full name and appointment date in the subject line. • (Forms must be submitted completed at least 2 days before your appointment.) • The questionnaires must be reviewed with the time and dedication you deserve so that our Natural Medicine professional is prepared on the day of your appointment. • If the documents are not reviewed by our Natural Medicine professional before your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe due to your failure to submit them on time, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. • You will have 60 business days to reschedule your appointment. • You will be responsible for rescheduling your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe. • Natural Life Tree LLC will not refund money. • When booking an appointment, our Natural Medicine Practitioner reserves that time especially for you. We understand that unexpected situations occur, in which case you are responsible for rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. (If your appointment is by phone, our professional will make two attempts at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not respond, we will assume that you have missed your appointment without prior notice and will forfeit your appointment.)
