Initial Holistic Telephone Consultation with Dr. J. De Jesús – 60 minutes This 60-minute telephone consultation is your first step toward a healthier and more conscious lifestyle. From the comfort of your home, you'll be able to speak directly with Dr. J. De Jesús, who will provide you with a comprehensive evaluation focused on natural medicine and holistic wellness. During the call, the main objective will be to listen carefully, learn about your health history, symptoms, concerns, and personal goals. Based on this valuable information, a natural action plan can be suggested that may include detoxification protocols, herbal recommendations, nutritional adjustments, and strategies to safely and effectively support your vital systems. This consultation not only seeks to offer you answers but also to accompany you with respect and empathy, giving you real tools to regain balance and feel better. 📧 Important: Once you make your reservation, you will receive an email with medical history, informed consent, and basic information forms that you must complete and return at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. The more information you provide, the more personalized and appropriate the natural plan we offer you will be.
Cancellation Policy
Booking a Consultation with Natural Life Tree LLC. To book a consultation with us, you must pay in full at the time of booking. Once you make your payment: • You will receive an email within the next 24 hours. • This email will contain the necessary questionnaires that you must complete in full and forward to the office at the following email address: naturallifetree@gmail.com • Don't forget to include your full name and appointment date in the subject line. • (Forms must be submitted completed at least 2 days before your appointment.) • The questionnaires must be reviewed with the time and dedication you deserve so that our Natural Medicine professional is prepared on the day of your appointment. • If the documents are not reviewed by our Natural Medicine professional before your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe due to your failure to submit them on time, your appointment will have to be rescheduled. • You will have 60 business days to reschedule your appointment. • You will be responsible for rescheduling your appointment within the aforementioned timeframe. • Natural Life Tree LLC will not refund money. • When booking an appointment, our Natural Medicine Practitioner reserves that time especially for you. We understand that unexpected situations occur, in which case you are responsible for rescheduling your appointment at least 24 hours beforehand. (If your appointment is by phone, our professional will make two attempts at the scheduled appointment time. If you do not respond, we will assume that you have missed your appointment without prior notice and will forfeit your appointment.) When you book a consultation with Natural Life Tree LLC, it is understood that you have read and agree to the points mentioned in our reservation policy. Natural Life Tree LLC.
