1- We are not responsible for the loss of a shipment due to the incorrect description of an address for the order provided by the customer.


2- Once the purchase is made, the same is worked and it will be sent between  3-5 business days. We are not responsible for delays in your order by the post office.


3- We recommend that you provide your email address through the page so that we can contact you in case of any setback with your order. Otherwise, we will not be able to contact you.


4- Your Traking Number is the confirmation that your order was processed and shipped. With this information, we consider it our responsibility to ship your completed order.
